 HAVE YOU REVIEWED YOUR PRELIMINARY ATOM firm year-end summary reports to assure that your Tax Identification Number (TIN), firm name, address and brokerage fee amounts are correct?

 The information shown on the preliminary year-end reports reflects how your firm�s 1099 statements will be printed.  The deadline for making Tax Identification Number/Firm Name corrections and brokerage fee adjustments for the 2001-tax year is Friday, January 10, 2003!

 FINAL 1099 ATOM YEAR END SUMMARY REPORTS DISTRIBUTION

 On Monday, January 13, 2003, the final ATOM year-end Summary reports which reflect all adjustments made by January 10, 2003, will be distributed to firms in their mail boxes and to brokers at the Lower Trading Floor desk.  The final year-end Broker Association reports will be available for pick up in the Membership Department.

 DEADLINE FOR REPORTING DESCREPANCIES

 The deadline for reporting firm discrepancies to Client Management on the final BFR00062 report is Friday, January 10, 2003.  Any broker discrepancies must be also reported by January 10, 2003 to Julie Mondschein of the Shareholder Relations Department at (312) 930-3485.
